What We Offer
· Global flight inventory - published, private and consolidator fares from global carriers and approved suppliers.
· Real-time fare search and booking - fast search, fare comparison and instant booking confirmation.
· Ticketing and post-ticketing support - e-ticket issuance, reissues, date changes and refund initiation.
· Local settlement - payments and refunds in NPR, INR and USD where supported.
· B2C and B2B - retail bookings for travelers and a Partner Portal for agencies with ledger, reconciliation and API access.
· Compliance with airline rules - all bookings are governed by the operating airline’s fare rules and ticketing conditions.
Security and Local Support
· PCI DSS-compliant payments and tokenized card handling.
· End-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest.
· KYC and AML controls for agency onboarding and high-value transactions.
· Local ticketing teams in Nepal, India and the USA to handle refunds, reissues and settlements and reduce cross-border delays.

Flights Terms and Refund Summary
Scope: These policies apply only to flight bookings made through eTrip Online and to Customers and registered Agencies worldwide. The contracting entity is the eTrip Online company identified at booking.
Intermediary role: eTrip Online is an intermediary that facilitates flight search, booking, payment, and ticketing. Airlines and ticketing Suppliers set fare rules, baggage rules, and change and refund eligibility. eTrip Online enforces Supplier rules and manages requests on the Customer’s behalf.
Payments and local settlement: Payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Where local settlement is supported, refunds are settled in the currency of payment. Any service fees or currency conversion margins are disclosed at checkout.
Refunds and changes
· Eligibility and amounts are determined by the airline’s fare rules.
· Process: eTrip Online will initiate refund or change requests with the airline and provide status updates.
· Deductions: Refunds may be reduced by airline penalties, taxes and non-refundable components. Administrative fees (if any) are disclosed at booking or in the Partner Agreement.
· Paper tickets: refunds require return of the original ticket as per airline rules; e-ticket refunds are initiated electronically.
No-show and partially used tickets: No-show and partially used tickets are governed by airline rules and are often non-refundable.
Dispute resolution and governing law: The governing law and dispute forum are those of the contracting entity shown at booking (USA: Wyoming; India: India; Nepal: Nepal). Parties will attempt an amicable resolution before formal proceedings.
