Terms & Conditions

eTrip Online

Effective date: Nov. 1st, 2026

Scope and parties
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of travel booking and related services by the eTrip Online group of companies (collectively “eTrip Online”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to users of our website, mobile applications and Partner Portal (“Services”). The eTrip Online group includes, among others, the following legal entities: eTrip Online LLC (USA), eTrip Online (India), and eTrip Online Pvt. Ltd. (Nepal). The contracting legal entity for each Booking will be the entity identified at the time of booking. These Terms apply to all Customers, passengers and registered Agencies/Partners worldwide.

1. Definitions

· Booking: a confirmed reservation for air travel or related services issued through eTrip Online.

· Customer / User: the person or entity making a Booking.

· Agency / Partner: a registered B2B partner using the Partner Portal or API.

· Supplier: any airline, consolidator, GDS, or thirdparty provider supplying inventory or services.

· Local Settlement: payment and refund settlement in the currency and payment rails supported in the Customer’s market (e.g., NPR, INR, USD).

2. Contracting entity, governing law and jurisdiction

· The contracting entity is the eTrip Online company shown at booking. The booking confirmation will identify the contracting entity.

· Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the law and courts of the contracting entity’s jurisdiction govern the contract (USA entity: laws of Wyoming; India entity: laws of India; Nepal entity: laws of Nepal). Disputes will be resolved as set out in Section 15.

3. Intermediary role and supplier rules

· eTrip Online acts as an intermediary between Customers and Suppliers. We provide search, booking, payment facilitation, ticketing and postbooking support; we do not operate flights or other travel services.

· All Bookings are subject to Supplier terms, fare rules and conditions. Suppliers set baggage rules, checkin requirements, refund and change policies, and other operational terms. Customers must review Supplier fare rules before purchase.

· Flight content, fares and availability displayed on our platform are sourced from thirdparty inventory providers and Suppliers. We present Supplier content as provided; Supplier rules and inventory availability control final ticketing and postbooking outcomes.

4. Booking accuracy, errors and manifest mistakes

· We strive to display accurate fares, schedules and availability. If a manifest error (price, tax, or availability) is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or reprice the Booking and will notify the Customer promptly.

· Customers must verify booking details on receipt and notify us immediately of any errors. Failure to notify promptly may limit remedies.

5. Payments, currencies and settlement

· Available currencies and payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on the contracting entity and Customer market. We support local settlement rails where operationally available.

· Payments are processed by PCIcompliant payment providers; card data is tokenized and handled according to applicable security standards. We do not retain full card numbers except as permitted by law and payment partners.

· Any service fees, convenience charges or currency conversion margins are disclosed at checkout. For supported local settlement markets we do not add undisclosed crossborder fees.

· For Agencies, bookings and settlements are recorded in the Agency ledger and governed by the Partner Agreement.

6. Ticketing, delivery and documentation

· Etickets and travel documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided. Physical delivery (where applicable) may incur courier charges; eTrip Online is not liable for courier loss or delay.

· Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) and for complying with Supplier and government entry requirements.

7. Refunds, cancellations and amendments

· Refunds, cancellations and amendments are governed by Supplier fare rules. eTrip Online will initiate and manage requests on behalf of Customers or Agencies but cannot override Supplier decisions.

· Where local settlement is supported, refunds will be processed in the currency of payment and settled through local rails where possible. If local settlement is not available, refunds may be processed in USD or via the Supplier’s settlement mechanism.

· Refund amounts may be reduced by Supplier cancellation fees, fare penalties, taxes and nonrefundable components. eTrip Online may apply administrative fees where disclosed at booking or in the Partner Agreement.

· Customers must provide required documentation (booking reference, ticket number, ID) as requested to process refunds.

8. Noshow, partially used tickets and fare restrictions

· Noshow and partially used tickets are subject to Supplier rules and may be nonrefundable. Discounted or promotional fares may carry additional restrictions (no changes, no refunds, limited reissue). Customers should review fare rules before purchase.

9. Ancillary services and thirdparty products

· Ancillary services (seat selection, baggage, insurance, lounge access) are provided by Suppliers or third parties and are subject to their terms. Refunds for ancillaries follow the Supplier or thirdparty policy.

10. Infant, child and unaccompanied minor policies

· Fare and travel rules for infants, children and unaccompanied minors are set by Suppliers. Customers must confirm age rules and unaccompanied minor policies with eTrip Online or the operating Supplier before booking.

11. Liability, disclaimers and insurance

· eTrip Online is an intermediary and is not the Supplier. We are not liable for Supplier acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, loss or damage to baggage, or passenger injury.

· Except where prohibited by law, eTrip Online’s liability for direct damages arising from our negligence is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the affected Booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

· Customers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover personal loss, medical expenses, cancellations and other contingencies.

12. Force majeure

· eTrip Online is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, Supplier insolvency). In such events we will use reasonable efforts to assist Customers.

13. Data protection and security

· Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services you consent to such processing. Payment processing is handled by PCIcompliant providers; card data is tokenized. We maintain rolebased access controls, encryption and regular security audits.

14. Intellectual property

· All content, trademarks and software on the site are owned or licensed by eTrip Online. Customers are granted a limited, nonexclusive license to use the site for booking purposes.

15. Dispute resolution and governing law

· Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the law of the contracting entity’s jurisdiction and resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless arbitration is agreed in writing.

16. Changes to Terms

· eTrip Online may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an effective date and, where required by law, notified to registered users.

17. Contact and notices

· For legal notices and support use the contact details for the contracting entity shown at booking or on our Contact page. Notices may be sent to the email addresses published on the website.
